[Megda + Kristus] 6:08 pm: well I am having to take off 30 seconds but I learned at nationals I was missing a jumping pass, so I have added a double axel..

[Barry] 6:10 pm: Meagan, it must be very difficult to do both ladies and pairs. Do you plan to continue doing both or concentrate on
one of the other next season?

[Melody] 6:10 pm: Are you able to take any time to relax and have fun yet, or is all of your spare time spent on the ice getting ready for JWs?
[Megda + Kristus] 6:10 pm: Barry I plan on continuing both as long as possible... I don’t have plans to stop one before the other......

[Megda + Kristus] 6:11 pm: melody.... we find time to just relax and have fun.... but its difficult with such a huge workload from skating
[veruca] 6:11 pm: Chris, I know some people may have mentioned this to you, but a lot of people felt you were incredibly undermarked in the long program at Canadians. How do you feel about that?
[TRAxel] 6:11 pm: Hey Chris... I was touched by the way you came out after Jeff received his marks and you both pumped your fists in the air and hugged, a great highlight for me!! What was going through your mind at that moment?
[rinkrat] 6:11 pm: having been to alot of competitions in ontario the energy in the building the night of the long was awesome
[Koala] 6:11 pm: Megean-awesome! I think you have so much potention in singles and pairs....
[Cherry_Blossom] 6:11 pm: Chris, i need some advice. i skate at a public session every monday with some friends and we occasionally play tag . Some of the guys who are really good at hockey are able to stop and turn really fast.Can u give me some quick pointers on stopping really fast? I use the t stop but it doesn’t work to such an effect?
[Megda + Kristus] 6:12 pm: TRaxel- I think I was just excited for the both of us.... I mean we had hung out all day and it was totally relaxing and once we both skated so well we were just so excited!!!!

[Megda + Kristus] 6:16 pm: missflick M- I like just hanging out with my friends and movies and stuff.. Nothing exciting.... but its usually Chris and I lol!! Because our other good friend Ashton moved home and everyone else is always doing homework.... C- ya same thing... Meagan and I are usually together about 20 hours of the day... We make our own fun!
[Melody] 6:17 pm: Chris, if I may ask, I am curious as to the coaching change and then change back this past year. Could you tell us more, or is that too personal a question?
[Julia] 6:17 pm: Do you have any good luck rituals you do before a competition such as knock on wood...
[Megda + Kristus] 6:17 pm: Barry..... M- I am going up for the practices on Saturday... well the late one in the day not the 6 am one!! LOL!! And C- I am going up Sunday night to practice starting Monday morning

[Megda + Kristus] 6:19 pm: melody... I really felt like I needed a change... I was getting what I thought was to comfortable in my environment which I wasn’t sure was right but I now know it was better to be really comfortable rather content

[Megda + Kristus] 6:20 pm: Julia... M- I have no good luck rituals.... sometimes when something works r4eally well (like the shorts in London) I try to repeat that again but it didn’t work the rest of the week!! lol
[Megda + Kristus] 6:21 pm: C- I have nothing really special... I prefer to have my skates on quite a bit before warm-up but other then that nothing really...
[Koala] 6:22 pm: Meagan-I think you did awesome considering how much you skated that week.... it's tough! you were awesome... you have such a great personality.. That’s why you will succeed

[Melody] 6:22 pm: Chris, when you had your nosebleed, it almost seemed like that helped take your mind off of any nerves and just let you focus on what you had to do. Am I right?

[Megda + Kristus] 6:22 pm: Mel- M- I am feeling fairly confident.... nationals wasn’t a huge confidence booster but I am ready to go out and do better this time around.... training has been good and I’m so happy to have a second chance to redeem myself.... C- I am feeling great I think I am really carrying the confidence of nationals I find my skating to be a lot more reassuring and secure.... but I know that both of us are excited its in Kitchener

Rod even said 'I wonder if she wants to skate any more tonight.' and then something like 'maybe they want to ice dance too' about you and Ryan. You guys were definitely a highlight

[Megda + Kristus] 6:23 pm: AHAHA.... my nose bleed... actually my nose bleed didn’t effect me much at all... but I agree it definitely had taken my mind off of the skating... but at the same time I don’t know what my mind was thinking about

But on my way to the med room I asked if he had anything and he just laughed it off... I think he knew that I was going to relax about it ... so it was all-good.

[Peter] 6:32 pm: There is somewhat of an event list for JWs on the Skate Canada site. Don't know if that's complete enough, but at least you'll know what is happening when.

M- when I am finished competing I would like to move on with my life and go to university.... when I am finished competing I really have no interest in skating professionally or coaching... I would like to travel and become a school teacher..... C- after skating I don’t see myself leaving the rink... lol... I would definitely get into coaching for sure, but if not that I would love to be a tech specialist for the new system...

M- I love the new system.... it has forced me into working on elements that I have put aside in the past.... there is a lot of work to go for me to be successful with the new system but I feel it will help everyone become better skaters.... C- I really enjoy the new system, with it being a Canadian invented system I really think we have the upper hand in knowing exactly what it requires so its great!
